Provide email addresses for users

Each user requires a personal email address to activate their account and to be able to reset their password independently. When using an internal practice email address, it must be ensured that third parties cannot gain access to the account. We therefore recommend using a private email address, e.g. Gmail, which mySego^® uses exclusively to perform the actions described above.

During the commissioning process, the operator’s bank details will be requested. The annual fee for mySego^® is collected by direct debit and includes the complete service.
